Rhino Strapping Products, Inc. is a family-owned business. All family members are Veterans that have proudly served in the U.S. Military.
Rhino Strapping Products, Inc. has been a manufacturer of wire buckles, banding seals and regular duty strapping since 1977. We are a relatively small manufacturer, but we bring serious credentials to the table. All our products have been designed and tooled in-house. Unlike most of our competitors, we have our own rolling mill and slitter to better control the quality and cost of our products.
Banding seals and strapping start out from domestically purchased steel coils. All steel coils are processed to final gauges and tensiles on our Bliss 4-High Rolling Mill. This process allows us to inspect the entire coil before it ever makes a final product. Steel coils are then slit to width on our 26" Ruesch Slitter. Our slitter operators recheck width, gauge and tensile strengths again before raw material is formed into banding seals or packaged as regular duty strapping.
The rolling mill and steel slitter give us a huge quality and consistency advantage over our competition.
Wire buckles are made from wire produced in the U.S.A. We buy directly from domestic mills that produce the wire to our strict specifications.
During the whole life cycle of our products, we aim to reduce waste and provide quality, safe and environmentally friendly wire buckles, banding seals and regular duty strapping. During the production phase, we strive to improve production efficiency and consider environmental needs. Rhino Strapping Products is a member of the ASTM Strapping Committee, which sets the worldwide standards for packaging products.
